Flamenco and Sevillanas dance teacher

Between 1990 and 1996 he began his training in classical dance, bolero school, stylized dance, flamenco, castañuelas and dramatic art at the same José de la Vega Dance School in Barcelona, where he completed his studies in the following years.

During the years 1996 and 2001 she was officially trained at the Professional Dance Conservatory of Barcelona, Institut del Teatre. She completed courses from 4th to 7th grade in the specialty of Spanish dance, obtaining in June 2001 the official title of professional dance. This led her to train in subjects such as classical dance, bolero school, stylized dance, flamenco, contemporary dance, folklore, choreographic methodology, castanets, history of dance, anatomy and makeup.

In 2012 she graduated from the ”Conservatorio Superior de Danza de Barcelona”, in Pedagogy applied to Dance. She completed the validation module and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Pedagogy.

It all began with her joining the Ballet de José de la Vega as a corps de ballet, which led her to tour extensively throughout Spain, France, Italy and India.

In addition, during 1998 and 1999 he taught flamenco courses at the Conservatory of Wroçlaw and Poznan (Poland).

In 2001 she was part of the television ballet of the program “Noche de Fiesta” of TVE (Madrid), directed by José Luis Moreno, as a dancer. In 2002 she joined the flamenco tablao “El Corral de la Pacheca” (Madrid), as a dancer and bailaora.

Between 2002 and 2009 she joined the Antonio Marquez Company as a dancer and performed in: “Después de Carmen”, “Preludio, Zapateado y Boda Flamenca” and many more. During these years with the company he toured Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Norway, Israel, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Japan, Brazil and the Dominican Republic.

Simultaneously, between 2007 and 2010, she taught Pilates, maintenance gymnastics, aerobics, cardio box, bodybuilding, children’s classical dance, Spanish dance, Sevillanas and flamenco in Cultural Centers of the Madrid City Council.

She performed as a soloist dancer at the Spanish Pavilion of the Universal Exposition Shanghai 2010, under the direction of Aída Gómez and Bigas Luna.

From 2011 to 2016 she was part of the Quindalé Company, as a dancer. During 2011 and 2012 he taught and participated in flamenco courses and masterclasses in Sofia (Bulgaria).

In October 2012 she joined the teaching staff of the “Lina Corredor” Dance School in Barcelona. And in 2014 she performed at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, as a dancer, in the opera ” La Traviata”. In 2015 he also did so at the Teatro Real (Madrid).

Since 2016 she became part of the teaching staff of Estudio de Danza José de la Vega.
